COREWEAVE
In 2023, our investment thesis included a focus on AI infrastructure, which aligned with our broader perspective on semiconductor capital expenditure.
We became aware of Coreweave through our professional network, which included individuals familiar with the company's management.
At the time of our investment, Coreweave was a less prominent company in the AI infrastructure space. Our decision to invest was based on our analysis and assessment of the company's potential value relative to other opportunities in the sector.
Lumida participating in the CoreWeave deal, in which we bought in at a $7 billion valuation. CoreWeave is talks at for a $23 Bn valuation per Bloomberg, which would generate for our investors an 3X (unrealized). Public reports indicate CoreWeave may IPO in first half of 2025.
We continue to monitor this investment as part of our overall portfolio.

QXO
Lumida invested in QXO, a new venture led by Brad Jacobs. Jacobs is known for building companies like United Rentals, XPO, and Waste Management.
He's called the "roll-up king" for buying and merging businesses. Jacob has built five billion-dollar public companies before QXO.
QXO aims to shake up the $800 billion building products distribution industry. QXO has stated its intention to implement technological solutions, including artificial intelligence and e-commerce strategies, in its operations.
Lumida became aware of this investment opportunity through its professional network. Lumida was able to secure the same deal as other investors in this such as the Walton family, 3G Capital, Duke University, Kushner Family.
The Brad Jacobs QXO Deal delivered a 28.6% return (Net of fees) in six weeks. Several investors invested in QXO at the advice of Lumida on the secondary market and have continued to enjoy gains.
